West  Coast Jeet Kune Do offers exclusive personal training sessions for Martial Artists of beginner, intermediate, and advanced levels. With our personalized training program, you will receive one on one training attention that will excel your Martial Arts development. If you want to train for fitness, our high intensity Martial Arts workout is perfect for you.  We combine aerobics, anaerobics,  isometrics,  and core strength training that will give you the best workout in the least amount of time. Additionally, your will learn practical self defense techniques within a realistic delivery method. We train real Jeet Kune Do drills which keeps the principles of the art intact. This combination of training not only gives you  a great physique, or even stops at excellent self-defense tools; but more importantly grants you the attributes and ability to actually execute them. 

If you already have a workout routine and are looking for something different we can meet your needs. Personal training sessions focused on cardio, boxing, and kickboxing are also available.


What is personal training?


Personal training which is often called "private classes" is a one-on-one training session specially designed to cater to your individual needs. This is our opportunity to hear from you the definition of your goals and expectations in your quest for Martial Arts mastery. In the creation of our personal training sessions, we take into consideration your age, gender, weight , height, and abilities in the design of most beneficial training program for you.  

How do the sessions work?


Usually each training session is a duration of 50 minutes. If you are concerned about your privacy, alternate training locations may be available or we will make sure that we will schedule your sessions while there is no other class going on within our school. You will work 1 on 1 with your instructor and depending on your age and gender with an extra assistant instructor as well.
**If you are a minor we might request the presence of your parent or guardian during the training.

During this appointment, including your Martial Arts introduction we will conduct a comprehensive survey assessment to understand your individual needs as a prospective Martial Artist. Our staff then carefully considers your needs and drafts a training regime specifically for you. The road to your Martial Arts journey begins upon completion of your training program and the approval of your assessment.
